Yay New Year Resolution time!!

ok!! fun time! time to paste my resolutions i made last year and review them!

heres what i made in 2011~~

1. Continue my Japanese class - i slapped myself for giving this up, u cannot stop learning languages :(
2. Have a balance lifestyle (i.e meet my frens often rather than meeting once in awhile to "catch up") - i think i did pretty well on that!
3. Hopefully to discover more nail art techniques - hmmm.... i'll rank 3.5/5 for this!
4. Master Gel and excel in both acrylic and gel nails - i signed up for a gel course and got cheated of my money. thus gel is still my "enemy". but at least i excel in acrylic :D
5. Open another savings account - no i didnt!!
6. Maintain my insurance policy plans - yup i did!
7. More hotel stayovers - i had none :(
8. Learn to pamper myself- shall rank 3/5 for this
9. To be able to travel more - yup i went to india, HK and KL in 2011~
10. Achieve the certificate which I've been dreaming of - i realise its not something i REALLY want.
11. Meet my Mr Right - i did (:
12. To be able to stay attach to the same guy and I review my resolutions next year - yayy ^^

hi everyone! im sooooo busy recently! with work of cos, friends, family and bf~
i didnt even on my laptop for several days! argh! i update more on twitter so please follow me! :D

now is a super peak period for my nail job and im permanently on a half asleep mode, feeling tired all the time! i jus gotta chiong this peak season till CNY next year then I can have a good rest!
speaking of CNY, it falls on 23 Jan next year, tts really early.. so its non stop work for me! meanwhile im semi-retiring frm blogshop shoots! haha not that i don wanna shoot i jus don have time! book me early! (:

Had a little free time now cos my 9am appt customer couldnt make it... im gg back to nap abit! work later at 12pm and 3pm! then gotta rush to Zouk to attend a pageant event! my fren angeline is one of the contestant! drink more water so that i can scream my lungs out to cheer for her later!

Hello people! sorry for missing in action! i was so busy i didnt even have time to on my laptop! earlier this week i went to Artica Hair Studio to get my hair done!

one thing I must emphasize about hair rebonding is, you SHOULD NOT rebond so frequently, about 3 months apart just to touch up your roots..

I have bangs for quite a number of years already, I have my bad experiences for bad rebonding job, eg. fringe will look very dry at the ends like "giam-cai" TOTALLY SUCKS.
not only treatment helps, you must get the right person to do it!

so this is how my hair looks like now (:

see the ends of my hair, its not dry (:
the effect of hair treatment does not last forever, you have to maintain it by doing it at least once a month!

anyway last month i went to watch Kit Chan's concert at MBS!

i'm quite excited about it bcos shes really a talented singer and i've never attended a concert at MBS (:

anyways! booked a stall at scape flea market last month! it was my first time renting a stall at a flea market.
it was so fun especially when your friends are with u!

i was appointed to be the cashier that day so i literally had to jus guard the cash box!

my clothes rack! the packing and unpacking was quite a hassle cos of those hanging need to be done.

after the flea ended at around 8pm, stella's bro joined us and we treated him birthday dinner at Hippopotamus Restaurant Grill~

looking at all these food photos is making me hungry! i don't know why im still not really able to open my mouth much and it still hurts, i wonder how am i gg to remove those stitches on monday =/

anyway, today was quite a weird day for me. i have a Miss 9am customer who made this last min appt with me at 9am, so i woke up early and was so enthusiastic abt my work since i've been resting for days!
she didnt show up till i gotta sms her at 930am to realize tt she got into a car accident, but will settle things and reach my place at 945am. i told her theres no need to rush, she can come by tonight at about 830pm after i finish with my last customer at 5pm.

funny thing is Miss 5pm appt didnt respond to any of my whatsapp or text SMS when i reminded her about our appt, i whatsapp n SMS her at 9.45am and 1.15pm respectively which she read and gladly ignored. so i told her at 3+ tt its ok, i take it as shes not coming, and i asked Miss 9am to come at 5pm instead of 8.30pm which she gladly replied shes on her way.

Miss 5pm only replied me when im finishing up with my 2nd customer saying she was so busy from work, and will be late for appt, i told her to arrange another appt with me as i have already got another customer to replace her slot, and i also thank her for getting back to me.
while i was happily waiting for Miss 9am, she texted me that she cant make it for her appointment bcos she still has wedding stuff to settle and she cannot make it for her appointment anymore! -.-

this is the reason why I JUST HAVE TO TAKE IN DEPOSITS, no matter how last minute the appointment can be! Bcos people will show up when they pay deposits for their precious slots. Its quite a waste of time waiting for MIA pple isnt it?
I posted this short comment on FB and i have this manicurist friend who stays at sembawang, had to travel to her shop at AMK to face MIA pple too. I work from home its easier for me, but what about pple who travel such a distance to realize you arent coming for your appt? hmmm~~

I jus extracted 4 wisdom teeth earlier this week on Monday, i can say its quite a traumatizing experience for me as i opt for local anesthesia just to save $600. e extraction itself is already $3200!
when the oral surgeon injected the anesthesia, its FREAKING PAINFUL. and he warned me about the drilling vibration and pressure he is gg to exert, i jus told him to go ahead, extract all 4!

while he was drilling the first teeth, I thought "ok, its not that bad" until i can feel a sharp pain as though the drill hit my nerve so my body jerked. the dentist then injected more anesthesia for me so that rest of the 3 extraction was quite smooth.
now its post op day 3, my face is swollen, i haven been taking solid food since monday~
im glad i remove all 4 teeth at once because I am not gg to go thru this surgery again!
totally a torture! gg to remove my stitches next monday, hopefully all goes well! (:

i looked at my photoshoot photos and i looked really happy in those photos. but sometimes people don't know the stories behind those photos.
not saying im unhappy. lol. jus facing some other issues right now.

first up will be health, i don have a healthy body to begin with, and i admit i don really take care of my health. jus had an injection few days ago. i have rashes on my arms right now its freaking ugly and i hate it. im gg to my last session of chiropractic treatment tomorrow and to see if i have to pay another $800 for 10 more treatments.
seriously, i hate paying for these medical bills. and i need to go to e dentist cos i have a crooked jaw. ~~ haha surprise.. yes i have a crooked jaw and i need to see a dentist to get some retainers done. $$ flying away. im not sure how many thousands i have to spend to be healthy.

next up, my work. i totally love my work, like i have photoshoots and nails to do. why is there to whine about? this i must really give myself one tight slap on my face. i kind of slack thru my nail business, so recently my business is quite bad, not sure is it bcos of 7th month, but it was never THIS BAD. what i can say is im earning more from shoots than nails recently, this is VERY BAD.

i was so emo till i broke down. mum told me to take a break and maybe upgrade my skills. yes, GEL NAILS. i stop doing gel nails cos i convinced myself i wasnt good at it. and now that it has turn into a trend that EVERYONE must do it. i'll go learn it. its gg to cost me another few thousand dollars. MONEY ISSUES AGAIN. well, money doesnt really bother me as much. even if im broke from all these purchases, i can earn them back. my mum encouraged me to go for it and im doing it (: already found a nail school!

now what? relationships. apparently after surveying around, i gave alot of wrong impression to people. haha im not surprise cos i know i do get judge alot, whether good or bad im fine with it (: seriously, my love life sucks. I have been putting my trust on the WRONG GUYS. they get close to me, gain my trust then dump me. i cant really differentiate who is sincere and who is not. new lessons learnt from each broken relationship, i only have myself to blame for not being good enough. now, im use to gg out with my 2 best friends and their husbands, im use to ordering a single set of food rather than couple set cos i have no one to share with. (:

im not gg to blog about how fabulous my life is nor it is very shitty. but i consider this period a down time.
i jus want someone who really really cares for me. and like saying he misses me before he sleeps and when he wakes up. appreciate for who i am. surprises me with chocolates when im having the time of the month. take me out for a ride when im down. who doesnt mind my rubbish nonsense. appreciate little things i do. and says hey, no matter what happen, im always there for u. <3

oh wait.. i think i might have met that "someone". heh..

went to hard rock cafe for lunch few weeks ago~
i fell down b4 meeting my friends and i sprained my ankle >.thats zijuan's lunch haha~
me still in pain. i manage to bear with the aching feet till evening!
